At 14:00 on November 23rd, the Ethical and Responsible Management in Education Meeting of School of Business Administration (SBA) was held in the Lecture Hall of Wenhan Building, with all the staff attending the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Yu Xiaopeng, Secretary of Party Committee of SBA.
In the first stage of the conference, Dean Wu Haitao introduced the general principles of the overall relocation and renovation work of the School, the renovation design concepts and programs, as well as the overall plan for the future relocation of the School. The School intends to officially start the renovation work in December, and in March-April 2024 all the works will be completed and accepted.
In the second stage of the conference, Prof. Deng Aimin, National Teaching Master and Teacher Virtue Pioneer of Hubei Province, and Associate Prof. An Zengke, Outstanding Teacher in Aid of Xinjiang, made an exchange of experience on Ethical and Responsible Management in Education. Prof. Deng Aimin introduced his own experience from three aspects, namely, the criteria for selecting a master teacher, the action of becoming a master teacher, and the feeling of being a master teacher, under the title of Teaching in the Body of a Master Teacher.
Associate Prof. An Zengke, under the title of Father's Flag, introduced his growth experience through father, building, master, master teacher and other key words reported his work during the aid Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics.
Finally, Party Secretary Yu Xiaopeng, mentioned in the conclusion that teachers are the foundation of education and the source of education. This experience exchange meeting on Ethical and Responsible Management in Education provides a very good code of conduct and practical guide for all the staff to effectively improve their ideological and political quality.
